The Tree Grant is a non-monetary award that donates trees to be used in beautification projects around the state. The recipient of this grant must plant the donated trees on public spaces (i.e. town/neighborhood entryways, parks, schools, churches) accessible to all citizens. All trees are in 5 gallon nursery pots, 2 to 6 feet in height and 1 to 1 ½ inch in diameter.
ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS
Litter control organizations, beautification groups, government organizations, neighborhood associations and nonprofit organizations in South Carolina are eligible to apply for these trees.
